That's not a peregrine, it lacks the dark feathers and larger ear patches. I'm pretty sure it's a Saker Falcon [link]

Sakers and Lanners are quite hard to tell apart, they look really similar - sakers are a bit bigger and tend to be browner, lanners have a light cap and more defined facial streaks. But you get browner lanners and darker sakers so it's really difficult to call XD.
